Wellness services

1000 Petals provides experiential wellness, contemplative and educational services. Services are not medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or emergency care.

Eligibility and screening

You must provide accurate information and complete required screening. 1000 Petals may postpone, modify or decline a service when safety, suitability, staffing, equipment or operational conditions require it.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only after the required screening, payment or deposit and written confirmation are complete. Prices, inclusions and validity are those displayed or confirmed at the time of purchase.

Attendance and conduct

Arrive on time, follow staff instructions and do not attend intoxicated. Disruptive, unsafe, abusive or privacy-violating behaviour may result in refusal of service without entitlement beyond applicable policy or law.

Packages and memberships

Packages are subject to published validity, usage, transfer and cancellation rules. Cash received for future sessions does not guarantee unlimited capacity or extension beyond the stated terms.

Equipment and availability

Experiences may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled because of equipment, staffing, power, safety or other operational issues. The applicable remedy will follow the published policy and law.

Intellectual property

Website text, brand assets, photographs, videos, programme materials and recordings are owned or licensed by 1000 Petals and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, 1000 Petals is not responsible for indirect losses or for outcomes that were not expressly promised. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
